What is the point if the woman is on birth control?

This questionis asked because I hear that the scripture teaches that the man will be punished if his sperms hit the floor.

God says that a man is not to withdraw during sex before ejaculating because the man would be wasting his sperm instead of procreating. Same goes with masturbating. God created men with sperm and women with eggs to make children. Neither is suppose to use birth control either. No pills, no condoms, no sponges, etc. This stop children from being made. If you don't want children (yet) then you are to have sex during the time of the month when your wife isn't ovulating. This is natural planning and exceptable. All forms of birth control is sinful.

According to the Catholic Church, women should not use birth control. So, God's plan for His people was to propogate...have sex and produce more people. I think that the scripture is saying, don't waste your God-given right to reproduce. (at least that's what we were taught in Catholic school)

I haven't been able to find such a teaching in the Bible.
The Mosaic laws regarding such things is in Leviticus15.

The biblical teaching relates to ancient Jewish law. You won't be punished if your semen hits the floor. Just make sure you clean it up afterward.

He says too not spill our seed. This probably means a lot more than meets the eye/mind.

Don't be silly. He was suppose to hook up with that girl but didn't. Not because he spilled the milk.
