The commandment is to honor your father and mother. Not to obey. That us a wedding vow but I am sure that you are to obey as a child but always honor them as who they are always even if they are terrible parents. Respect who they are.

No, you do not.
It doesn't even say that people should obey their parents once they reach adulthood. As with every other commandment, it must be tempered with reason.

Yes, because God commands us to, and its just as much for our own good, because the command comes with a promise that our lives will be long upon the earth.
