I need some help with parallels, i had it installed on my mac but now its just not there?

I had it once installed but now I am trying to reistall it but when I am in the process it says there is nothing to install, just like that ..there is nothing to install...I dont get cause I did everything in the help sections and still nothing ..PLEASE HELP !

I own the software nut it seems that if you want to call for support , it is a 29.99 dollar fee per incident and I dont think I should have to pay this fee when I paid $69.00 for it ,I mean three calls would amount to what I paid and they shouldn't be charging for help when you ate a customer who paid for the software and had faith in paralles

If you bought Parallels legally, call them for tech support.
