only single varietals? hmm.....one of my faves is a blend but here goes.

Rose' Wine (sweet as possible...)

any White Wine (Pinot Grigio especially..dry is ok)

(lol...im not an expert...but i hate red/dark wines. I think its because I live down south where it is so humid and hot!)
