Can't you have fun and be in a relationship at the same time? If you don't want to continue the relationship, that is up to you.

But as for a point to the relationship? Yeah, there is always something to learn from relationships, that's why we have so many in our lifetime. So, just go with it, you'll learn a lot.

Hope this helps. ;o)

I think it is important for teens to have a serious relationship so that they have a feel for the do's and dont's in having long time relationships and get use to having long serious things. Keep it going if this guy is great dont give up something good to just go out and do stupid things. Stay with him. I'm 15 and i would know its hard to find a good guy so young

I think your totally right! But this doesn't mean that you have to break up with your current boyfriend just make things lighter.
For Example instead of going out to a resturant go to the park and have a picnic and feed the ducks you know what Im saying? fun stuff that will lighten the relationship up.

People don't know this but a similar thing happened to Jesus once when he wanted to go out with a hawt babe but was already going out with some jewish chick.

"And the Lord did devise a plan for his only son that would allow him to get the most hawt of babes. He would be very mean to his current and she would dump him just before the big party that was about to occureth.:

Unfortunately, the plan backfired and at the end Jesus gets hit in the face by a pie and falls in some mud and it turns out God was trying to teach him a lesson about friendship or something I dunno. It doesn't matter Jesus loves you no matter what religion you are / if you are gay. Everyone gets into heaven!

I dont think its a total waste of time because what if you see them again and youre like ''Hi remember me" Then you might be able to rekindle an old flame. But if you're like 12-16 it could waste your time although it is something you do mainly just for fun like scrabble or ping pong or trying to help people on Yahoo!!!!!!

Do not worry about relationships, just have fun you have a few years before you get serious.

Your first relationship is always going to be special ; but usually people do move on . If you are feeling this way now - do both of you a favor , and move on gracefully .

the only thing that matters is wat you think, if u feel that long term relationships in your teens r a waste of time.... they're a waste of time!! usually teen relationships are just used to prepare you for the real world anyway..

hope this help = )
