Losing weight fast can cause your skin to sag and weight to bounce back, even if you are a healthy diet.

Lose slower. Just eat only complex carbs, no processsed sugar, lean meat, and lots of veggies. It will make your meals low caloried and yet filling and healthy.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

watch what you are eating. stop eating fast food. start taking in more fruit after lunch.
start walking more. walk in the morning to start up your metabolism and then walk before you go to sleep. when you go out park far away from the door to pick up more walking.
take in more water. and no no no pop... try to avoid caffiene in general.
go to a gym and do a work out 3-4 times a week
You will see a big difference.
If you are looking for the inches more than the weight get some bands from the store and do some strength/resistance training at home in front of the T.V. it will increase your strength and help take away the fat.

You don't. You're only supposed to lose 2 pounds per week maximum. That's the recommended weight loss for anyone. Too much weight loss in a short period would make you lose too much nutrients. Also, it can backfire and cause you to gain weight.

Start execising and cut back on calories. You're going to lose more weight the first few months/weeks since you're also going to be losing water weight. Then, weight lose will be gradual. You will also hit a plateau. Don't get discouraged.

I'm not sure you can loose that much in that little time. But anyways. Eat healthy food, drink plenty of water, and exercise every day for an hour. Limit your cookies to one every 2 days. Go to a bar, dance, and flirt. You could loose up to 3 pounds in one night.

no whole meals daily .......... only fruits and vegetables for alternate days with five litres of water a day , in ur fruit avoid banana and in vegetable avoid potato ........ eat veg with or without boil but no spice, sweat urself for 1hour by doing sumthing like jogging or cycling ........ be confident in reducing ur weight , ask ur friends once in a week abt the difference al d best

Thats almost a pound a day for 2 months. Very dangerous. Don't even try it.

that is a very serious goal.
i suggest seeing a nutritional doctor.
tell her your thoughts and she or he can help you with a meal plan.
exercise, but dont kill yourself over the pounds.
50 is a number.
you might only need to loose a little to look great.
toning is key my dear.
eat right.
keep fit.
and have fun.

drink just only water and watch what u eat i eat fruit allot and exercise
