I don't think it is intended to represent a deity. I looked at other icons in that same gallery, and while some are gods' names, some are names of books, like there are icons called Gita is on this page, for example http://www.eprarthana.com/html/iothers.asp?cpage=3 after the Bhagavad Gita. Since this icon's name is Rig and has a horse and a peacock, both things from the Rig Veda, my guess is that it is not a god as such, but a metaphor for the Rig Veda.

RIG VEDA

This is a rare Picture of Rig Veda deity. Ganesha is the first god and preserver of Rig-veda and he is depicted with a horse head and Rig-veda itself is shown as Peafowl. This picture is an artist impressin as per his imagination.

Please see the passage given in Wikipedia in the connection

Flora and Fauna in the RIG VEDA-

The horse (Ashva) and cattle play an important role in the Rigveda. There are also references to the ELEPHANT elephant (Hastin, Varana), Camel (Ustra, especially in Mandala 8), Buffalo (Mahisa), lion (Simha) and to the Gaur in the Rigveda. The PEAFOWL (Mayura) and the Chakravaka (Anas casarca) are birds mentioned in the Rigveda.

NB. 1. Thank you for providing a rare picture.
2. Please see link -http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rig-Veda#Flora_and_fauna_in_the_Rigveda - for the above information.
