Raccoon. It's horrible. Greasiest and gamiest thing ever.

I have had, Squirrel, Rabbit, Buffalo, Turtle oh and lets not leave out Sardines!
Buffalo was really good!
Turtle was gross just to smell it!
Rabbit & Squirrel & Sardines I don't remember that was as a child eating them with my dad.

Gator nuggets

raw octopus- gross, very rubbery
alligator- again, rubbery, didn't care for it
nutria- not too bad!
rattlesnake- different, not good, but not horrible
bear- greasy, but good if cooked properly
buffalo- yummy!
rabbit- fabulous!
moose- very nice
turtle- great in soup!

I trapped a possum, gutted it, skinned it and bbqued it and ate it....I was hungry! Otherwise I would never have eaten that thing.
