It should be, yeah. I grew up in Hanover Park, which isn't too far from there. In fact, the day care center my parents used to send me to as a wee one (Rainbow Academy) was in Carol Stream. Granted it's been 20 years since I last set foot in CS, it can't have gone completely down the drain. I remember liking it there very much.

Illinois is not a good place to raise children or it might be if you have a lots of money, because the State of Illinois is using children for experiments done by drug research places there are 23 in chicago area alone. Illinois is one of the worst States for this. Look up Illinois Experiments on foster children and Orphans.com AT&T YAHOO SEARCH here in Illinois, this DCFS can knock on your door anytime they want. keep researching
