Quite a lot if one matches the available evidence better than the other.
Also, if they make claims that contradict the other then they can't both be right, either one is right and the other wrong, or they are both wrong and some other ideology is correct, and that can only be determined by making direct comparison of their competing claims and what evidence they can give in support of it.

Desiree,
If such a forum allows for all to do so equally without throwing rocks and people learn about other's thinking it is a positive thing. There are people on this site that are briolliant and know more about the Bible (for instance) then most of the Christians do. Many of them have great minds and share very willingly with others. Have a wonderful week!
Thank you,
Eds

Probably just a watered down version of each ideology which will end up being rejected by the rest of the people who have that ideology.

Sure. But the one who examines the contrasting worldviews must be smart enough to do the research to dtermine if what is listed is true. And to then decide what to do with that information.Rarely will a staunch believer in Humanism do that.As a Christian I have done compartive religious studies to know what I believe and if it is true and why I believe it.My faith is firmly rooted and grows stronger after each study.

The religious are not fond of comparisons or competition. They know the bible could never stand up under scrutiny.

If the religions are competing with each other, there is something very ungodly in that, don't you think?
