Does anyone know how to say either of those in spanish??? Example: The baby is heaven sent...

1.- Enviado del cielo (hands down the most popular way to say "sent from heaven" in Spanish; check it out doing a web search on any Spanish language search engine).

2.- Mandado del cielo (not as popular, and also doesn't sound very good in Spanish, although many Spanish speakers use it).

BTW, they are both correct translations.

El bebe fue mandado por el cielo- the baby is heaven sent
Mandado por el cielo- heaven sent or sent from heaven
