I've heard pros and cons: 1) Cooking is fast, so it preserves vitamins and minerals, and 2) Microwaving destroys enzymes.

Yes it does...even though its fast and easy it does take away the nutritioun value but in the oven food taste liek the day you cooked it and sometimes better

1) don't microwave in plastic--causes cancer is a theory out there 2)don't microwave too long, keep it crispy 3) add water to rehydrate leftovers. Personally I don't cook much in the microwave.
