Am I not getting enough minerals or vitamins? I am off for the summer and I just do not have much energy. I am not really doing much, so you would think I would not be tired. I nap everyday for about 2 hours. I know some would think this is great... but I really don't need it. PLEASE... someone give me advise on how to get more energy and not be such a lazy bumb.

probably not doing much creates a sluggish feeling that leads to feeling lazy and tired. i agree with christina that exercise does give you a boost of energy.

drink lots of water (not carbonated drinks, juices from cartons, coffee or tea), freshly squeezed juice is good too. don't worry too much on vitamins or minerals, try eating a variety of fruits and vegetables with less meat and carbohydrates with each meal. also eat a few small meals a day is better than 2 - 3 full meals. this will help to keep your metabolism at a stable rate so that you don't feel the drop in energy. choose fruits as healthy snacks.

sleeping too much or thinking too much will leave you drained too. try doing something you enjoy like a hobby instead of taking a nap.

personally, i don't experience much problem with feeling tired ever since i got onto herbalife products.

are you eating healthy? drinking a lot of water (it's especially important in the summer). getting plenty of excercise. daily excercise gives anyone alot of energy. i'm not at a healthy weight but when i excercise it really gives me this great big burst of energy. if you already doing all this....sometimes pregnancy, vitamin deficiancy. could be alot of things, try talking to a doctor. i take womens day vitamins...they have a little bit of everything.

You might be dehydrated, make sure you are drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water everyday.
