Well, I don't live in the land of social medicine, where draft dodgers and U.S. military deserters are welcomed with open arms for their cowardice and a bleeding heart government. I can only imagine with so many liberals anything is acceptable like smoking pot, snorting heroin and public inebriation. Go ahead and load up the trunk, take a few drinks and drive on with all your sauced friends. Have a merry time!

Think you mean it is illegal to drink alcohol under age of 21 not legal? Hopefully all those underage drinkers will be arrested as they ARE drinking alcohol before they get to you. However, that said, why let yourself open to this possiility? Are you over 21 and providing the drinks to the underagers? You would be in trouble no matter what as I see it.

if you get pulled over, then you'll definitely be asked who bought you the alcohol. you would probably be charged with it even if its unopened, just because you're all under the age to buy alcohol. you're better off to be the one who isn't driving and then hopefully you wont be in as much crap. it really all depends on the story you tell the police and what kind of mood the police officer is in. goodluck

Local ordinances will apply. However, it is generally against the law for minors to possess alcoholic beverages.

My thought is that as long as it is unopened there is no problem. and I don't see that any officer would argue that.
