It means you boss is'nt a professional. See what else you can get away with, with your employer. And realize your going to be working somewhere else someday.

Sexy Tickle Fight

It sounds to me that she likes you quite a bit and thinks of you as more than just an employee.

She might innocently see you as a ticklish friend and your participation in her tickle fights satisfies an urge that she has for tickling but it does not mean that she is seeking a lesbian encounter with you as others have suggested.

It is very unprofessional and also very dangerous for either of you to engage in that activity if done on the job because if things go sour, one or both of you could get fired and possibly sued for harassment charges. (Although it would be difficult to prove if you have a long history of tickle fights with her).

There are a lot of bosses who have friendships with their employees. What ever happens on the job should always remain totally professional. What happens away from the job is no body's business as long as it is consensual.

I was going to ask if you enjoyed this with your boss but, after re-reading your question, it sounds like you enjoy it because she is sexy. I could be wrong though.

If you do not like it or if you like it a lot but don't want to participate on the job, talk to her about it. If you both like it, meet up someplace else for your tickle fights.

Feel free to contact me if you have any other questions about this.

I wish you all the best!

It means fun and games, not a professional work environment. What else is she going to be unprofessional about, heads up girl! Let,s hope she doesn,t try to get away with something else in the future, like trying to date you or touch you somewhere inappropriately(sexual harrassment). If it is innocent fun then you don,t have anything to worry about unless one of you crosses the personal boundry lines.Keep your work ethical and above board or it will come back to bite you in the end.Don,t expect any breaks at work because she,s being friendly, continue to do all of your job.Best of luck.
