it depends on your weight and size and are you talking about a beer (1) or several it will be OK if you only drink 1 beer then head home remember the limit is .08 doesn't matter what it is your body process it all the same whether it be wine beer hard liquor but a good rule of thumb is 1 drink an hour then wait an hour good luck chickie

every drink = 1 hour.
ex: 1 beer= 1 hour
mixed drink with 3 shots= 3 hours.
if you add the 2 together then that = 4 hours.

multiply each beer for 1 hour. drink plenty of water before drinking and some after. the beer dehydrates you so rehydrate our self. be sure you can drive never put another driver at risk or your self and don't get in the car with any drunk driver

it takes 12 hours to be out of your system. You won't be considered driving under the influence with one beer, BUT, if you have an accident, or get a ticket, and they give you a field sobriety test and it shows ANY amount of alcohol in your system, you can be arrested for Driving while impaired. My rule of thumb is if I am going to drive that day, I drink O'Douls amber non alcohohlic beer. NO alcohol at all.

There is no safe amount of drinking and then driving
drinking and driving is illegal,
one should never drive after they drank
it impairs judgment,
It doesn't matter if you were at a party or at the bar
