INGREDIENTS
5 eggs
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon and 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
DIRECTIONS
Place eggs in a pot of salted water. Bring the water to a boil, and let eggs cook in boiling water until they are hard boiled, approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Drain eggs, and let cool.
Cut eggs in half, lengthwise. Remove the egg yolks and mash them together in a small mixing bowl. Mix in the paprika, mayonnaise, and dry mustard. Spoon mixture into the egg shells, cool and serve.

There isn't really a set amount. You put as much as you need to make the yolk part thick, yet spreadable. You also want to add a small bit of yellow mustard and relish, and top the filled eggs with a dash of paprika. If you have 5 egg yolks, you wouldn't need more than maybe 1/4 cup, which is about 2-3 tablespoons.
I like to also add garlic powder and a small bit of Parmesan cheese to my filling. I like the Italian flavor.

About twice as much mayo as mustard, then adjust it to taste. It should be creamy but not runny. Just add a little at a time until it is the consistency and flavor you like. Add some Lawry's salt and pepper to taste, and after you fill the eggs, sprinkle on a dash of paprika. YUM!

Mash up your yolks. Add a bit of salt and pepper and then add just a small amount of mustard and a little vinegar. Then add enough salad dressing to make it the consistency that you like. Taste and adjust to your liking.

Two tablespoons mayonnaise, one teaspoon mustard, a pinch of salt and a half teaspoon of paprika and black pepper if you have it.
All measurements should be level, not rounded.
