I weigh 133 and I'm 5'3 1/2.
I want to be 115.
Can somebody tell me how much I would lose if I:
For Breakfast, had a slimfast shake.
For Lunch, had a slimfast shake and a half of a peanut butter sandwich.
For Dinner, had a green salad and low fat dressing with a veggie burger or a vegetable tortilla with some brown rice.
I drink 2 litres of water everyday, and I would snack on fruits and vegetables.
I go to the gym regularly.

According to Slim-Fast's website you would lose 1 to 2 pounds a wee. You are looking at a loss of 18 pounds, so figure about 36 weeks, which is about 8 or 9 months. It seems like a long time, but if you lose weight slowly and steadily then you are more likely to keep it off.

I have just two bits of advice. The first is, make sure you're getting at least 1800 calories a day or you will feel terrible. You have to eat that much and live with losing weight a tad slower than you probably want to. It's just healthier, you absolutely need the calories to keep your metabolism up. And you want to have all the energy you need to do all the things you want to do. Eat enough variety of things that you get the vitamins you need.

The second thing I want to tell you is...I call SlimFast "SlimFart" ~ and for a good reason. Beware. You're better off just using regular food for your diet instead.

you would lose weght and it would be a good routine for you but if you look the same as in you pic you dnt need to do all of that
