I did when I lived in Spencer, WV, but now the best chili dogs can be found in Prairie Village, KS.

Believe it or not, a tiny little town in Minnesota called Austin.
Hormel has their huge plant there. Fresh chili AND fresh hot dogs...better than Pinks!

Stogey's in Joplin, MO, just of Rt 66 has the best. The cheese fries and spaghetti red are up there also.
