The Blasphemy project isn't something yet an elementary way for non-Christians to make it sparkling that they do no longer look to be fearful of Christian superstitions. it incredibly is all it replaced into ever meant to be. I deny the Holy Spirit. I, too, am no longer afraid. EDIT: Lynus above me is making 'context' up out of skinny air--nowhere interior the Bible does it define 'denying the Holy Spirit' the way he did. mockingly, he himself is blaspheming. Wasn't there something in Revelations approximately changing what the Bible says...? ;)

I think it is horrifying that people would be so flippant with their eternal souls. They're apparently so disgusted with themselves already that they are banishing themselves to hell if it does exist. It's just a stupid "risk" as they call it. Like eternity is something to gamble with.

That, or they are arrogantly saying that their lack of proof is more valid than all the millions upon millions of people throughout time that have proof that God exists and has saved their miserable lives time and again.

And... I watched a show that had the people that issued the challenge debating with Kirk Cameron and another guy. The girl was just rude, bitter, and showed no respect and no happiness about life. Do people really want to follow her example? She didn't come across as having a desirable life, but the 2 Christians definitely represented a demeanor that I would like to possess.

They totally misunderstand what blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is.

To deny that a miracle has been done by the Holy Spirit when you, in fact, know the Holy Spirit did it, and you attribute the miracle to the forces of darkness-- that is the unpardonable sin.

blasphemy challenge is just another sign of the times that we are going through most Christians will inform anyone that we are indeed in our last days but these people are being deceived and selling their right/passage to a better afterlife for a few moments of popularity " and a free video " it is not only sad but pathetic in my opinion.

I know about it, and I think it makes a great point for atheism. I think prayer, fear of hell, or expectation of heaven is a waste of valuable time and human energy that could be put to much better use. Of course, maybe making You Tube Blasphemy Challenge videos are the best use of time either!!

What a flagerant disregard for God as well as the persons own soul. Just plain stupid. What percentage of these people are going to look back on the things they did as a kid as say "wow, Im really glad I did that, makes me proud." Name one person they uplift or help by doing such a thing? How lame!

It only shows how soon Jesus will return...the Bible warns of the amount of people moving away from God there will be in the last days.....more room in heaven for me and my loved ones! I'm really tired of the attitude that comes along with this way of living. I mean, if they really did not believe in something ( God) why make such a huge production to show the world your an atheist. It's not like your standing your ground for anything that has purpose or meaning!

Interesting.

Of course, if that Chandler guy (the teen at the beginning of the video) had studied the Bible, he'd know that that statement was meant for the Israelites back when the Bible was writtten. He ought to read the writings of Paul, particularly First and Second Corinthians. THAT is meant for us today, as the body of Christ.

I think it’s very sad.

If you heard on the news that somebody was lost and alone in a jungle, wouldn’t you say a prayer for them?

Pray for them because they are lost in a jungle and have deliberately turned away from their guide.

The blasphemy of the HOLY SPIRIT is not denying the HOLY SPIRIT exists, but, refusing to repent of your sin(s). The HOLY SPIRIT was sent to motivate us to repentance and to live holy lives. If we think that we believe that we don't need repentance, than we grieved away the HOLY SPIRIT.

GOD bless
