There is no "cure" but there are techniques that help a stutterer become more fluent. Pagoclone is a medication that is in the trial stages right now but is showing promise. Check www.stutteringhelp.org for more information, tips that you can do to help at home such as slowing your own speech which will help him slow his speech, online videos, referrals to specialists who treat stuttering. etc.

Practice and control. If your younger brother has a stutter he's going to have to overcome it on his own, there's no "cure". It's not a disease, he'll just have to learn to concentrate when he speaks. If it's really bad, your parents might be able to engage a speech tutor to help him speak more clearly. You guys are going to have to be patient with him.

I stutter a lot as well. Nothing wrong with it. I think it adds character to your voice. I stutter, stammer, etc.

yah tell him to stop talking j/p i used to sometimes stutter when i was little cause i got nervous... but i don't do it anymore.. he might grow out of it.
