Yes you can, 32 is the cut off for constructive age for prior service. Before that you are good to go and welcomed to the Corps.

If you have your degree I think you can still join at 29 with a waiver. Talk to your local recruiter!

You most certainly can still join the Marine Corps. However, you are now too old to attend OCS.

yes i am in thearmy but i know for a fact u can the limit is 17-41
