well there is a million things it could be, clinical depression, or maybe just openmindedness or maybe even somthing known as obsessive compulsive disorder. This is where once u start thinking about somthing it must be done or thought about. It normaly bringd on fears and worries. Some would say its a sign of a genious and some signs of a madman. The brain is a weird thing. Read up abit about OCD and see if it matches ur symptoms.

Hi- I am sorry to hear about this- Getting Professional help and on the proper medications will be a good start for you. There are many medications out there that can help you get through this. Maybe listening to some of ur favorite music would be a great outlet....This always helps me. I have had times in my life that I have great anxiety/depression. I did go get counseling, AND THERE IS NO SHAME IN THIS, and I do take Paxil for the depression and Xanax for the anxiety. Good luck to you! Take care- Hope this helped you!

Seek medical help, of course! But, while you're waiting, find a good Yoga instructor and learn how to meditate. It will calm your anxiety and settle your mind. This takes a lot of practice but it is well worth it. I suffer from the same racing thoughts pattern and can only sleep after meditating.

Anxiety disorder. There are drugs like Xanax you can get from the doctor, but if you don't want to try that, try meditation, yoga, exercise, or a new hobby to help manage the symptom & take your thoughts away from worrying. Good luck.

It's called being a teen ager

it's a stage, probably more acute in your case because you feel isolated.

you need self therapy and companionship

join some kind of club,Anything just to belong to something.

try something and if that don't interest you try something else that lifts your potentials. but get somewhere there are thinking people who can show you how to channel your thoughts creatively. A book club, a film society, anything.

As for self therapy, write

write thoughts, stories, self analysis, interactions.

build your world from within you.

Maybe start writing about yourself, then expand yourself.

keep your writings for further reference. They could be handy in the future.

it is symptomatic of OCD in many ways, the racing thoughts..but you are letting your mind run away with yourself..you need to have something besides your four walls, and a computer, and the past,...to keep you mind occupied...some day, I pray, some day

I've found my self in situations like these and the reason i haven't lost my mine is that GOD keeps on letting me hold on. Just cast all your worries and burdens upon him. He'll take care of the rest.I put all my trust in him. I think you should call upon him , he'll help you out. It's true .
