i also cannot find a fuse if that is the problem

usually the instrument fuse is a teeny one AND its wired in after the taillight fuse, so both fuses need to be working.

turn on the parking lights (taillights) and make sure that your dash light dimmer is all the way on too, if you turn the dash light dimmer on too far, the dome light will stay on after you shut the truck doors.

There may be other problems look in your maintenance manual and it will tell you , If fuse is ok the bulbs may be burned out, you see they are very tiny so I don't think they will all go out at the same time , hope this helps.

burnt fuse or missing fuse, other than that, instrument panel dimmer switch, old cars it was made with the headlight switch

just to be sure. Make sure that the dimmer switch is turned to the high position.
