Dehydration can cause severe Headaches. I recommend you drink purified water mixed with mineral water 50/50. This will replace the minerals that are exiting your body continuously. You have to drink beyond your Thirst. Staying out in the sun really plays havoc on your body.

I suggest that adults and children drink 40 ounces of water per 100 pounds of body weight every day. Realize that exercise, ambient temperature, and state of health affect the water needs of your body.

Get an ice pack and place it on the back of your neck for fifteen minutes. Do this several times throughout the day and evening.

drink tons of water, gatoraid and take an tylenol.

If the headache continues into tomorrow, go to the ER. You can have heat stroke or another heat related problem.

If you start to feel nauseated, go to the ER immediately.

Drink lots of water to rehydrate and stay inside where it's cool. Salty foods might help also.
