your underweight. about 20lbs underweight. that's not healthy. get over yourself and eat a sandwhich.

You know what it is perfectly normal. you can take me as an example... I'm 5"7 and I weigh 150 lbs. I truly think that you are not fat even though I've never seen and I don't know you. It is all in your mind and maybe you should replace thinking that you're fat with something else. Something more positive maybe. I know this because I am in exactly the same boat as you, but you just gotta stop thinking of yourself in that way because eventually you might actually become fat.

Girl, I am 5'5'', and, according to my doctor, my healthy weight range is 119-130 lbs. My doctor also explained to me that the taller you are the bigger weight range you have. Plus, you NEVER want to LOOSE WEIGHT QUICKLY. It screws up your metabolism, and it doesn't provides long-term results. In health class this year, I was told you shouldn't loose more than 1-2 lbs. a week. You can do it by simply cutting 250 calories from your diet. I would suggest cutting 125 cals through what you eat and the other 125 by exercising.

Yes being 120 lbs is fine for 5' 7", I've seen others who weigh more.

That is perfectly fine. http://www.deathclock.com will tell you your BMI, or Body Mass Index. 18-24 is normal. Below 18 is underweight, and anything 25 and over is overweight. You are a 19-which is excellent.

you dont need to loose weight your not fat.....if anything your too skinny....... I am 5' 6'' and i weigh 130 pounds and i dont think im fat...... you gotta stop trying to be too skinny thats bad for your health your fine....... dont loose any more weight

That's fairly skinny for 5'7... Are you trying to model? I think you could use a little meat on your bones... like 125

You are actually at a normal weight for your height. If you lose anymore weight then you will be undeweight. Your fine
