I am stuck on my decision for school and need help debating between the two.

This is really an individual question. Here's some info from the Bureau of Labor Statistics:

I would suggest that you find people in these fields and ask them what they like and don't like about their respective fields. Ask about responsibilities they have in their jobs. Ask about the different exams that are performed in their fields. Ask about pros and cons about the jobs.
If you don't personally know anyone in these fields, call your local hospital and ask to speak to a Respiratory Therapist and to a Radiologic Technologist. They should be happy to tell you about their chosen career!
Personally, I could not be in Respiratory because there is NO WAY I could collect sputum.

Therapy.. Get to know alot about the body and also you can help other people out on the side.. earn some extra cash! :) But are you good with people?
