one of my eyes is clear while the other isn't. i used to have clear eyes but now they have (my nurse of a mom says) "pigment". i was wondering is there any food you can eat [like carrots that give you good eyesight in dark] to make the sclera(i don't know if that's how you spell it or if its that word) clearer. to all the medical people out there.

Is one eye pinker/redder than the other or are you noticing brown spots?

One pink/red eye could be a number of different medical conditions and should be checked out by your eye doctor. Pigment spots are common in dark eyed and dark/olive skinned people and are usually harmless but any change in pigmentation should be checked out by your doctor as well.

No foods, drops, supplements, exercises etc will remove pigment and only prescription eye drops will affect pink/red eyes.
