have you changed laundry detergent recently. even a change in lotion, perfum, or powder can cause an allergic reaction like that.

good luck.

probably eczema or a dry skin patch. But, if it doesn't clear up shortly with a little light cream (even maybe some hydrocortisone cream), it might be a pre-cancerous spot, especially if you have been in the sun a lot. Keep an eye on it!

A rash, that's all. when you scratch if it stays dry it is ok, just put some moisturizing cream on it.

If it blisters or breaks when you scratch and it makes the rash worst see a doctor it could be impetego very contagious, I don't think so thought only sounds like dry skin to me.

sounds very much like nettle rash
young stinging nettles have brushed up against your ankle/shin somehow,if they were older bigger nettles you would have felt it happening at the time, and you would now feel very itchy indeed
and have white clusters of goose type bumps in that area

its eczema.
i have it as well.
its not contagious or anything.
you can try putting regualr lotion on it daily, but that usually doesnt work you will have to see a doctor and get a prescripption lotion.
it will help greatly.
