on 8-3 was smoking a cig and lady was behind me -- 10 feet behind me and made it a point to cover her nose and mouth as she wALKED past me. what an arrogant loser

Not personally, but I remember a condo owner being sued by his neighbors because he smoked his cigar on his patio and supposedly the smoke somehow managed to travel 30 feet into his neighbor's open window.
I think the plaintiff won.

I don't smoke often, but when I do, I'm polite. I stay outside, downwind of others. I've never had any problems. The most I've had to deal with is someone asking me nicely to move a bit so I don't blow smoke in their face.

Yeah, the tobacco chewers spit everywhere and have ruined two of our carpets.
