Australia is very spread out - so if you're not flying from state to state, it's hard to see very much. I'd recommend you choose two cities - probably Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Cairns. Then see some beaches - maybe Gold Coast. Perhaps a nice national park as well, like the Lamington National Park. The Great Ocean Road near Melbourne is gorgeous too. So much to see!!!!! Tell us more about how you're travelling around Australia and how much time you have and we can help you.

Australia is a BIG country and there is so much to see and do depending on your interest. You need to tell us more: How long will you be here? Where will you be travelling? How much can you spend? What sort of transport can you afford (and time you have) to travel - plane, buses, or train?
Are you the packbacker type? The adventurous type or just sight seeing? Will you be prepared to go to all sorts of weather. Remember that Australia is VERY BIG. We have climate ranging from tropical heat to desert to cold windy mountains (and snow in winter).
More info please
