Mine wear shoes and socks unless they are swimming or playing with the water hose.

My boy wears athletic type sandals and my girls live in flip flops. I love summer! No tying shoes eighteen times a day!

My girls wear shoes and socks when we're walking a lot...like at the zoo. They wear sandals on regular days, water shoes at the pool and I allow both to go barefoot when they're in the stroller or in the car. They never wear flip flops because they hurt their feet =)

No barefeet. Sandals , shoes and socks for church and long walks where they might run into snakes and other foot problems. Flip flops at pools

Rainbows, Vans, and Socks for my oldest daughter. For my youngest, she wears Rainbows, Jazz shoes, Ballet shoes, Tap shoes(all for dance)
Heck ya I allow barefeet! I'm pretty much always barefoot, so I don't care!

i'm 13 and i wear flip flops, sandals and sometime shoes with socks, depends on wat i'm doing, but if i wear sneakers at all i wear them with no socks only 4 a little while so my feet don't stink. and i luv not wearing any shoes it's so fun, but i've learned to be careful cauz u might step on something tht will hurt, my brother was walking around barefeet and he stepped on a broken beer bottle, and my parents allow barefeet.

my 6 year old daughter hasn't seen socks since the summer began, neither have i. if she's in the house, she is barefoot, or in the pool or the beach. out somewhere flipflops. at church or somewhere nice, then cute sandals. my 9 year old has only worn socks to church this summer with his church shoes, but outside he wears flipflops or crocs. but my 12 year old son is a different story, he hates flipflops, and crocs, and all he will wear is tennis shoes with socks every where we go. i actually bought him some boys sandals for vacation, knowing it would be hot, i hoped he would give them a chance, and out of the whole week we were there i think he wore then 2 times and he still wore socks with them, i thought it looked funny, but i'm tired of arguing with him about his feet, and if he feels he needs socks that bad then let him have them.

some times shoes and socks, some time sandals or flip flops. On occasion for a five second run to the car just socks or bare feet I hate it but they always seem to slip one or two bare foot runs in a day.

Its been too hot here for anything other then sandals or clogs. But I don't let them wear flip flops, there not good for your feet. There just like me though every chance they get they are barefoot. If I don't have to wear shoes I wont, and I wear sandals till the snow comes. Then I wear slip on flats or clogs even in winter.

My 5yr old wears flip flops or sandals mainly in the summer. Sometimes he'll ask to wear tennis shoes and socks.
