Never do I feel that God does not listen to me. He may not give me what I ask for, but he gives me better than I expected. When you think he's turning a deaf ear to you he's just trying to figure out the best way to help you.

yes i do, in moments like these i usually cry then usually there's an assuring feeling that comes on. its hard to explain but what i sometimes do is listen to that still voice and encourage myself.

God always make a way so what try to do now is tell myself that in spite of how i feel God is still there.

God bless you

No, I know he is always there for me.
If I was not sure of that, I'd still trust that everything has a purpose, even though I don't understand it all, and that in the end he will work things out alright.

Didn't you ever read "Footprints?"

Footprints in the Sand

One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord. Many scenes from my life flashed across the sky.

In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand. Sometimes there were two sets of footprints, other times there was one only.

This bothered me because I noticed that during the low periods of my life, when I was suffering from anguish, sorrow or defeat, I could see only one set of footprints, so I said to the Lord,

“You promised me Lord,
that if I followed you, you would walk with me always. But I have noticed that during the most trying periods of my life there has only been one set of footprints in the sand. Why, when I needed you most, have you not been there for me?”

The Lord replied, “The years when you have seen only one set of footprints, my child, is when I carried you.”
