About 3-4 years ago now i was diagnosed with junior arthuritus in my knee's and fingers, since then i have been treated, and i had my final blood test to say it was much better.. the doctors said it hadn't gone away but it wouldn't give me anymore grief.. as my physic had given me physiotherapy.. nowjust recently ive started to have pains in my knee's again.. and it feels really bad like ive got cramp in my knee's (left and right) ive not been in this much pain before with them and i struggle to even walk what could it be?

It's very possible that your arthritis is flaring up. It's also possible that you could have a condition called Fibromyalgia. Many times people have Fibromyalgia and think it's arthritis. I'm enclosing a link where you can read more about Fibromyalgia. If you think you have this see a doctor of rheumatology to get a correct diagnosis. The doctor of rheumatology would be good for you to see in general, because they specialize in arthritis.

It sounds like you may have Osgood-Schlatter disease. It's fairly common in adolescents. Avoid deep knee bends, take an ibuprofen or anything with ibuprofen (Motrin, advil) to help with inflammation and alternate between an ice pack for 20 minutes and a heating pad for 20 minutes. Seek a doctor if you dont see improvements or you are having pain frequently. Good luck; you will grow out of this soon if it's O-S. :)
