So you can't live without your daily fix of McDonalds? OK, there is no reason whatsoever why you should have to sacrifice your burgers totally even if you seriously need to diet.
The answer to your problem is, follow a strict calorie-controlled diet and fit the occasional McDonalds in as part of it. Learn the values of calories in fast foods, use your knowledge wisely, and, for goodness sake, stick to it!
Unfortunately, it's all too easy to give in to your food fads. On the other hand, if you don't do something about your weight NOW, you are risking the chance of not being around to enjoy your burgers in the future.
Good luck ... and how about trying some of the healthier range which McDonalds is now promoting?

Well, It is your choice what you do with your body. In order to keep eating McDonald's like that, you have to face the consequences.
If I was in this situation I would probably look around me to see my loved ones that would be so hurt if I became terribly ill or even passed away from harming myself like this.
Solution that I would probably suggest is that you slowly work your way off of the fast food. Your body might go into some type of shock if you just drop it right away if that is all your body has been used to. Slowly start adding healthier foods into your diet and you can eventually get there.
I wish you good luck and a healthy future!!

Oh, you are soooo right. Big Macs rock. I like to make two separate little burgers out of them. I think it's the special sauce that makes them so good.
I also love the sausage and egg biscuits for breakfast.
And you have to have potatoes with every meal, don't you?
I know everyone is going to come on here and tell you that you have to have mind over stomach so that you can lose weight. I'm here to tell you that I understand how hard it is to do just that. My stomach almost always wins out.
I'm staring at 50 years old, I quit smoking a few months ago and my metabolism is not what it used to be. I am overweight and know how hard it is to just stop eating.
Especially the yummy stuff.

Limit yourself to one Big Mac a week one order of fries also.
Oh one ice cream, no sauce is OK too.
That way you get the taste but not the overeating. Do not get anything else from McDonald's through the week and on that visit.
The rest of the week, try eating more whole foods. Including watching meats, so they aren't ones that have growth hormones in them.

You need to try and "get a life" so to speak. It's ok to eat McDonalds once a week if you dont overload. But you didn't get to 430 lbs just by eating a little Micky D's. I lost 45 lbs in one summer and I still ate Taco Bell and McDonalds. But if I did, I ate a bean burrito with no sauce or a happy meal. And by getting a life, I just mean that if you keep yourself busy doing things, you wont want to eat as much. Also, no soda. Only water or 100% fruit juices. You will drop so much weight if you quit sodas.... including diet, they have just as much sodium. Good luck with the weightloss, you will need it. But if you really want to do it, you can. Remember..... KEEP BUSY!

Osama Bin Laden has shares in Mc Donalds.
That way he can kill and maim millions of westerners without anyone suspecting a single thing.
I am thinking about launching a business called McFunerals with Big Mac Coffins and "Would you like Fries with that?"

You need to decide whats the most important. Eating delicious food (that's bad for you) all the time or dying prematurely due to weight related problems.
Sorry to be sharp but that's the reality. Good Luck though if you decide you want to lose weight x x

Hahaha aww I see your view on both sides of things. There are always alternatives to making you lose weight that are just as healthy. Just ask a nutritionist. Good Luck and remember your happiness is whats most important.

You obviously have NO taste what so ever, are you in the 21st century? For that kind of weight you need to be at least 12foot tall, I guess it's cold up there!
