Huh? Iodized is just a supplemented with iodine. It prevents goiters a thyroid disease. If you do not get iodine in your diet then you can be at risk, eating fish or iodized salt takes care of it.
I don't think grass gives a damn. i never heard of killing grass with salt, why don't you just use Roundup?
