even though I have a nice personality..........You have to be at least attracted to the person to find out if they have a nice personality. How can I get over this obstacle?
I am getting lonely and board being by myself all the time.
Please don't say take a class or something like that. I tried it and it does not work. Bottom line is if you are not good looking than you don't have a chance.

first off.. a man doesnt have to be drop dead georgous to get a nice girl. My best friend told me something that I never forgot and i didnt understand it until it was too late.
There could be guys out there that are beautiful..model types.. but they wont satisfy you in the way you need to be satisfyed. They are eggo happy not worried about you.
Where as the ones that a little less attractive are the ones that are boyfriend/girlfriend material. They will treat you like a king/queen. They wont hit you or disrespect you or anything like that.. it doesnt always matter what the other person looks like.. its about how they present themselves..how they come off as a person..

As long as you believe "if you are not good looking you don't have a chance," then you really won't have a chance.
First thing I would say to work on is your attitude. I don't mean that as an insult. Women are often times attracted to self confidence in a man. Hell, even carrot top gets women and he looks like a clown!

Lose some weight, work out, and I bet if you get the perfect haircut you'll be better looking.
Oh by the way, I have had sex with men who were ugly. Most men I have sex with are average looking. I'm not into relationships right now, but it sounds like you need to be more aggressive with women, more manly at first- you don't need to act like an a$s, just try your hardest to be more outgoing and make the first move. A lot of women are immature and interested in looks, but soon they will realize that a great looking guy does not equal happiness.

Oh My GOD!!!! If you have that kind of self confidence you will NEVER go out with anybody EVER!!!! You need to muster up the courage to ask out on a slightly romantic date a girl who is really nice, and sympathetic. some people just don't know how to say no. Be really hopeful-she might see that. and then be a gentleman. YOU DO HAVE A CHANCE IF YOU'RE NOT GOOD LOOKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and some people might think you are good looking! its not all about looks!!!

Ask 10 girls, you'll be sure to get 1. Go out to a party, ask 30 girls, you'll get 3, you get the idea.. it is possible, most guys are no attractive, yet most guys aren't single either.. so go out with confidence and you WILL find someone.

I think there are alot of women who would much prefer personality over looks. The key word you said was "attracted" everyone is attractive in there own ways I looks is not what makes the person. Hang in there you just haven't found the right one yet. Everything good is worth waiting on.

Here's something that you might want to consider:
-Work out more to be healthy or at least average (doesn't have to be buff)
-Buy new clothes that fit you
-A new, right hairstyle that fits your face shape. This can change SO much!!
-Smile
-If you wear glasses, get contacts
-Shave and well groomed!
Most importantly, CONFIDENCE. You act and feel like you have it all :)

Thing is you are not confident with who you are, so if you don't love yourself, don't expect someone loving you.

Try to act normal and talk to people, don't wait for them to talk to you. This is one of my problems, I'm not outgoing enough anymore. Once they know your nice and everything they should be more friendly, if not they are not worth your time or energy.
