Basically sharp objects, no flammables, no lighters and matches, and nearly no liquids, at most 100 ml per container (max capacity) and at most one liter plastic zipper-bag per person for all in your carry-on.

But check with your own airline, as they should all have a list on their site with the complete rules.

More liquid can be put in your hold luggage.
