There is no age limit to who can wear glasses with antireflection coating. The coating is usually not recommended for younger children's glasses because the coating can get damaged quite easily. It can get damaged from chemicals like hairspray and it can also get damaged from extreme temperatures and from carelessness.
Glasses with antireflection coating are great for computer use and cosmetically they make the glasses look better.
