What are some types of foods (e.g. antioxidants) that promote the whiteness of the sclera (the white portion of the eye)?

No foods increase the whiteness of the eye. Scleral colour is affected by age, genetics and skin colour.

Pink/red sclera can be a sign of disease, allergy, fatique, or irritation. Not smoking is the best way to avoid red eyes.
