Years ago, I ate black pudding, believing it to be meat of some kind.................... I discovered it's made from pig's blood and fat. Filth.

Porridge. I was forced to eat it as a child. If my mother made it , it was all lumpy and slimy, and you wouldn't feed it to a dog. But if you didn't eat it, she would keep the plate for your dinner that night, and try and make you eat it. by that stage, it was definitely slimy, and cold, of course; and utterly, utterly revolting. My siblings and I would sometimes puke into the bowl.
It holds a horror for me that I cannot express. As an adult, recently I tried the modern version of porridge that you can microwave; a friend made it for me, and sprinkled brown sugar on it, and poured cream over the top. It was no good. After the second mouthful, I began retching and couldn't stop. I I am staying in a hotel and I see some eating porridge, I stop eating and leave the dining room.
Talk about emotional scarring!

When I became an athlete, I had to study the best ways to improve my performance, including eating. The final results leads me to never eat anymore, sugar, fried foods, red meat, changing to whole grains, white meat, fruits and raisins. The results where great and since then, not only to sports but also the my life as a hole.

Many years ago at the Spalding flower show, the place was so packed that all the take aways had long queues to the street. We found a grotty Indian take away and took our meals to the station which was the only place that wasn't packed. My curry was crunchy, and I wasn't paying attention, when I did I noticed the crunchy bits had legs, I'd been eating cockroaches! Dinner quickly returned to the platform.

I would say no. There are a lot of foods I prefer never eating again. But if I was hungry and there was no other food to be found, I wouldn't starve.

Mustard of any kind. I am highly allergic to it. I can eat some on a hamburger, and be in the hospital for two days... It should be banned.

Bananas - just the thought of them makes me feel sick. Someone included them in trifle but did NOT tell me, I spent the next 3 days throwing up.

My partner just cooked something. Far too salty. We had words, he slammed door as he flounced off to bed. I'm here on answers!

Thank you for asking.
