Well if you are thin and you build muscle you shouldn't build man boobs.
I do the next
I'm not american so I don't know the name in english but I will try
.
Upper Bench Press (Top pecs): 4set 8 reps (heavy weight)
Bench Press: same as upper,
Bench Press for lower part of pecs: same as upper
Pec Flies or something like that: 3 set, 12reps - moderate weight
and lastly, 3set, 12rep pushops
thats for one day, I work a set of muscles for each day

I wish I knew. My husband 5'11" has gained weight since our wedding, all in his boobs, stomach, and rear-end, and I hate it. He's not big at all... He was like 135 lbs wayyyy too skinny. And now he's 165 lbs which is normal, but now has the boobs. :(
He's been doing chest excersies and they are helping... But he hasn't done it long enough for us to see if it will go away completely, or just tone up or build all muscle underneath. But so far it's doing good.

Never was an exercise buff, so I don't know if exercise would do it. Not a man, so I don't know how to deal with this "naturally". Been a nurse forever, so I would say, visit a good cosmetic surgeon....problem solved.

i heard smokin weed at an early age causes man boobs. but besides that. exercize hard and do butterflies and bench press. . stop eatin so much bread and other bad carbs like rice or chips

Run your *** off and your man boobs. Work in some fairly intense cardiovasular exercise.

Just keep workin out and try to do exercises that tone and tighten your muscles instead of makin them bigger...You'll get rid of them...trust me

i think that you should stick to the push-ups for a while and see your progress because i have heard that push-ups do help guys with that type of issue.
