Look I aint gonna lie, back in the day I would do bad things. She keeps telling this guy she is taken but he keeps trying. She's done her part, I'm about to do mine. as a guy I can tell you persistence will wear a girl down.

Tell him if he doesn't quit you will have help her file for a restraining order. If he doesn't stay away have him arrested.
Make sure she is being firm in her no to him, some women or girls aren't into being rude but some guys don't believe a quiet no.
I being older and rude would tell the dude something like "I said "No" I meant "No" now don't ask again, what part of "No" don't you understand. Following that I would inform him I wouldn't date an idiot like him if I wasn't taken.
If she had already been rude and insulting to him and he still persist I would get the restraining order.
If she works with him she needs to tell the boss.
You must not handle this with violence but you having a chat with him might help him realize his advances aren't wanted.

Well, umm.. I'm no guy so I don't know what I would do in your shoe's but I know what I would like you to do in your girls shoes...If your bigger then just go with your girlfriend to where every this guy is and seem as intimidating as you can. Have some fun with it...kiss...hold hands stuff like that. It will give this guy a clear look at what your girlfriend means. If he keeps doing it then go and talk to the guy...be like ' My girlfriend does not like you. She is getting really annoyed with you being all over her. So just lay off.'

If you can't kick his butt then avoid physical confrontation...its not too hot to see you boyfriend get beat-up...so don't let her see that. Also it could make new problems if you beat him up.

If your girl has already told him numerous times then that is considered harassment. If you have to talk to him, make sure you have a witness that way if it comes down to having to put a stalking order on him then you have proof you told him. I don't think he would bother her anymore if that was put against him. If he still does, then he will have to answer to the law and then maybe he will learn.
