Why would you desire to be a part of any organization that you do not totally agree with the leader?
I have a freing that used to go to a certain church where he did not agree with what they taught. I always wondered why he would continue attending services at a church where he disagreed with the doctrine.

There are no secular laws against him excommunicating you. However, there may be Liturgical regulations. I would guess, though, that the church will side with her minister.

Perhaps it's time for you to find a new congregation, or maybe even a new denomination if you find fault with your current one, to worship with. If you are really that interested in theology, why don't you join the seminary? If you do, you will learn a lot about where your beliefs come from and you'll have "facts" to argue with.

Also, it's not very tactful to argue in public. You might consider taking your debates to a more private place.

Good luck.

If you are causing others to stumble than they have every right to ask you to leave the congregation...Which you may want to do anyway if you do not like the minister..what is the point of going to church to argue? If you don't like what your pastor says, find a new church. You are in the wrong arguing openly with the minister..If you are approaching him in private and questioning him as to whether or not he is teaching from scripture , that is another story. If he is twisting scripture than he is wrong...Either way I would find a new church.

Why do you fight publicly with the minister? If you don't believe in false religion it is time to move on to the "true religion".

As far as laws, look it up in your state's legislation and this is available online for your own state.

No law as far as I know. But the church you go to has the right to what the south calls dechurch you.Now if the Pastor is doing things not according to the bible then the church can throw him out.But simple because you don't agree with him as long as he is following the bible you need to be the one to go.Without knowing what your fighting with him about it's not a easy question to really answer.

Yes, there is a law...

Matthew 7:12
Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.

Rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft.
Just leave quietly, and search out another church more to your liking.

Does that matter.?
Why are you at the church if you are not there with an open heart to love God only.?
Why fight?
Ask yourself these questions.
As to the law, really there is at the end of it all, only Gods law.
Remember when you enter a church you are entering Gods house.

curiously church homes be conscious of no longer something concerning the severe suffering of the yank public using unlawful immigration, an prolonged checklist for some years now. church homes should not be conscious of that this diabolical plan of so called comprehesive reform is by utilising grasping globalist corportists in basic terms for income who've taken over the two events and their applicants, and secondarily is dem votes, yet all is a huge sin. God hates evil, and justice in u . s . a . is meant to be equivalent by utilising our shape, whilst social justice is undesirable and unequal.

depends on what you consider "fight with" (lol)

Actually though, if you are arguing with loud angry words that is bad enough for anyone to be doing in public...

If you disagree with something the Minister said or teaches etc.,. you should do so in private, but if in public, you both should listen respectfully to each others concerns/points of view without causing a scene that could disrupt the church.

If you make a habit of doing this, personally, you and the Minister should be the objects of MUCH PRAYER! :)

PEACE be with you... :) (lol....word works for this answer)

If you fight with your minister, maybe you should find a different church.

I believe you are in the wrong for publicly challenging your minister. You should first confront him/her in private.
