Sorry to seem rude, but you're looking in the wrong place. Attorney's do not come here looking for clients.

Do you honestly believe someone will just be here that is actually willing to take the case online like this??
As said if in fact you have evidence then it should not have been a case.
Best thing is to contact a lawyer in your area the yellow pages or friends. if you have limited funds then contact the public defenders office. That info is usually on your charge papers. It states who to contact . if it is not there again yellow pages 411 whatever ask for the county public defenders office call take your income proof and go in for a appointmentbe sure to take pay stubs or proof of income. Do it with plenty of time before your court date. Most are backed up and require two visits before they are ready to represent you.
Take your "evidence" and go see the public defender.
I can not imagine the "evidence" you may have If it is not a receipt though I would doubt you have proof. They have to have had someone watching you or a alarm going off in which case you show your receipt and roll out
yahoo answers is not the place to find legal representation.

There are plenty of lawyers out there with mortgages to pay just like you have. Try your friends and contacts for references first. Then your local yellow pages. You can also search the internet for legal advice for your state, city and find someone that way. However, be sure to get either references and/or talk to a couple before you decide on just one. All lawyers are not created equal. Every once in a while, you will find a good one.

if you have evidence, why do you need a lawyer? If you have evidence then obviously the store has no evidence of its claim since there can't be evidence to support both claims... so again, why do you need a lawyer?

So...open your phone book and look up the sections "LAWYERS" There are thousands. Close your eyes and point to the page, call the number.
