A health certificate is a legal document.

Forging them is BAD NEWS. Think fines and/or jail time.

If you are caught without the proper paperwork, your dog can be seized and euthanized. Or put in quarantine for the better part of a year, AT YOUR EXPENSE!!!

Please just get the proper paperwork from the vet.

I'm not even mentioning the slight possibility of your dog actually transmitting the diseases/parasites that these papers are trying to control. That would be horrible.

Take her to the vet. It is the only way to get a health certificate.

Don't chance it. Your dog could be stranded or taken from you without a proper certificate.

Takes two seconds to run in and get a Health Certificate.. I am pretty sure it's fraud to go around making up your own Heath Certificate..

The only way a health cert. is going to be valid is if it is signed by a licensed vet.

It takes no longer than a check up to get a health cert. issued. It only needs to be done once a year.

You are basically saying you are to busy to provide basic health care to your dog.

You cannot legally create your own health certificate, it has to be signed and filled out by a licensed vet.

You can't. Sorry. Your dog must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 10 days of travel, every time you travel. It's the law. So unless you happen to be a licensed veterinarian, you're out of luck.

Most places are going to want to see something lagitement, and a home made one probally doesn't qualify under that. It probally has to be signed by your vet.........And if you have time to make one, you have time to go to your vet to get a proper one.
