I have somewhat of a Mandala fetish, and some are so powerful, I get lost, quiet and still while gazing at them, feeling centered from energy patterns somehow, they ripple meaning into my heart chakra......if you like Mandalas, check out a few master pieces on my 360........Sweet........

No, I would never teach a child to meditate. Why teach them something that comes from untrue religion? Teach them how to pray to Jesus Christ. Spending time in prayer is not only something meaningful but also builds a relationship with the Creator. What more could you ask for? (And, yes, studies have shown that people who pray have calmed and seen prayers answered.)
