It's a toss-up as to which one of you is feeling more wierd about it. I think the better word is "uncomfortable". I'm sure it will pass eventually, but maybe it would clear the air if the two of you discussed it, that is, if you haven't already. There could be something more behind your dream. A lot of gay people are also bisexual. I don't mean to imply that you're attracted that way to your friend, but maybe deep down you wonder what it would be like to have sex with a female. I'm as straight as a ramrod, but I've often wondered what it would be like to be a lesbian. Sometimes our subconscious mind acts quite independently of our conscious mind, and only in dreams does the subconscious come forth in situations that either don't make a bit of sense, or reveal themselves in very unlikely situations. In any event, a dream is just a dream. You haven't acted on it, and you don't want to. Your friend needs to know this if you haven't discussed it fully with her. I'd suggest you do that and clear up the matter once and for all. Good luck!

I think you may have real feelings for your friend, sexuality is very rarely black and white.
You are a complex person with many emotions, the fact that you had the dream is not significant, what is, is that you told your friend as you wanted positive feedback, that your feelings are reciprocated.
The real question is should i try to take things further with my friend. Only you know that answer as you run a very high risk of losing that friendship forever.
Try to explore other avenues first and see how strong your emotion is over a longer time period I think your friendship deserves that!
Good luck!

i've got been having targets like that still. in one dream i replaced into in a club abode in a severe tree having a party. For some weird and wonderful reason the tree abode replaced into over a huge drop off. there have been to a lot of human beings in it and it have been given off stability, sending the abode down the hill part. i'd desire to pay attention human beings screaming, the wind rushing by my hair and the sound of the wind in my ears and that i even felt my hair whipping against my face. In yet another dream, I fell deep into snow and that i replaced into freezing, i'd desire to experience myself being suffocated and each little thing became black and that i ended respiratory and it replaced into basically darkness, no longer something. i thought I died, yet a on an identical time as later I opened my eyes, and that i replaced into thoroughly out of breath. A dream will look so bright in specific situations by using fact our innovations will experience that the dream is certainty and create the sensations from the dream. You pronounced it happens once you have a sleepover, properly possibly that's a foodstuff you eat that triggers it, by using fact my aunt has the main bright, genuine and frightening nightmares while she eats pizza. weird and wonderful, i comprehend.

According to Dreamcrowd:
To dream about your own sexuality, signifies the secrets and meaning of life. You may be dealing with life issues of birth, marriage, and/or death. Alternatively, it suggests that you are concerned about losing your sex appeal.

I get those vivid dreams now and then. I find that i become very attracted to that person but it just fades. It's kind of like a crush or lust attraction that you're dream creates.

remember that dreams are just symbols that help oursub-conscious deal with problems in our life that we can't deal with doing an awake state. this is something you should have kept to yourself. not everything is meant to be shared. this kind of dream is not uncommon. in fact is is very common and it happens tp people that are lesbians and to people that are straight. you need to sit down with her and explain to her that you didn't mean to upset her and that you still want to be just friends. and let her know othe above conversation we just had here in writing. time will take ckare of things with her after you talk to her and thigns should be made right.

Not a good idea to tell her; she may not feel as safe or relaxed with you any more, wondering if your subconcious is bubbling to the surface, and telling you things that SHE doesn't want to hear!!
I'd say it will wear off; true friends just end up laughing about that stuff!
