There were and still are straighteners on the market. It is not a quick process, so save them all for some of those long, dark cold spells during the winter.

toss em and go to carbon arrows. Seriously, I went thru a lot of aluminum arrows over the years, once bent, no matter how careful you are to try to straighten em, they just don't fly true. Carbons don't bend, they are hard as all get out to break too.
And costs have dropped a lot for carbons.
