THEY are 10 days old. they drank milk from their mother for about 25 min then 30 min later they cried again and they ate for 5-10 min but kept on crying. NEED HELP

There are multiple reasons why they could be crying.
Cold (Air conditioning up too high)
Hot (turn up the A/C, set a damp blanket for the pups to crawl to or freeze water in a plastic soda bottle 2/3 full ... Samoyed pups often make a racket because they are too hot)
Potty (mom hasn't been cleaning their bottoms and they need to GO! You can assist by using a damp washcloth to stimulate - keep a paper towel handy to catch any poop)
Food (mom's not producing enough milk... are the pups round and gaining weight?)
Food (mom's got mastitus- breast infection and the milk has gone bad- check for hard hot breasts .. take her to the vet ASAP if this is the case)
Food (milk tastes funny cuz mom ate something funny... they'll get over it)
Pups often eat nearly around the clock...
I usually find that one of the first three issues is what is wrong.

Are their tummies nice a round after eating? Are they gaining weight every day (they should be weighed daily)? They will cry if too hot or too cold. Make sure moms milk doesn't look yellowish or greenish--she could have a milk infection. Have the vet check them out if you're not sure. Don't forget to start deworming them in at 2-3 weeks.

My guess is they may not be getting enough milk from the mother. Are you keeping them away from the mother or is she leaving them alone? If she's leaving them alone it might be they are calling to her to come back. Have you taken them and the mother to the vet to have them checked out? If not, do so, the vet will let you know if they are getting enough milk and maybe answer your question a little better than I can. Hope this helps.

this caould be normal or could be possible the mom isn't producing enough milk for them
if you aren't sure you could try to substitute feed puppy replacement milk witha bottle which you can get at teh petshops.

Human babies cry after being fed - they cry for all kinds of reasons, including just to cry. I agree with MalamuteMom - they're puppies. One of the charming things puppies do is cry.

They probably need to go night night, by their mommy. Leave them in a quiet place with their mommy, in like a cage or whatever so they cant escape.
